Remarks：

1. Victoria Uniform is our school uniform and school bag supplier from 2023/24 to 2025/26 school year. Parents can purchase school uniform and school bag directly from the supplier.

2. Please noted that purchasing educational supplies or services is entirely voluntary. Parents can purchase according to individual needs.

Please submit the completed application form in person / by post

together with the following documents required:

ü a copy of the child’s birth certificate

ü four self-addressed stamped envelopes

ü a crossed cheque for Application Fee HK$40

(made payable to “Caritas Lions Club of Hong Kong (Pacific) Nursery School” ).

The application fee in non-returnable whether the application is

successful or not.

We will inform parents of the admission results after　interview by post within 4 weeks.

Enrolled child is required to undergo a physical examination by

registered medical practitioners.
